It’s been 5 weeks since I crushed and partially severed my fingertips! 

I always record my training, and I will practice again & again constantly tweaking and adapting my combos and transitions until either I’m happy… or my body gives up…. But 5 weeks ago I gave up for a different reason! 😫😫 

I filmed this and knew I could clean it up and do it better with nicer lines and more drama… well I was right about one thing… THE DRAMA! 

If I hadn’t been such a perfectionist, I would have been fine… can you spot in the video the fateful thing that I didn’t notice until it was too late????
