I did not expect my previous reel to blow up like it did, I’m overwhelmed with support 🥹thank you to everyone who sent well wishes, I’m now almost 3 weeks post surgery and although I still have a long way to go before I’m back doing pole and all the things I love… I’m trying to embrace the healing process as best as I can.

If you’re wondering why I randomly start stroking random things halfway through this reel, it’s part of my physio to desensitise my finger tips as the nerves are a little wild atm so I have to get used to touching all kinds of textures otherwise I’ll have hypersensitive fingers which is common with crush injuries. 

So I hope you enjoy my aesthetic home spa ritual for my extremely unaesthetic fingers… Romanticism at its finest! 😂

It looks like I’ll be documenting my recovery and journey back to pole… hopefully 3 more weeks until I can start again.
