When I started pole, over 12 years ago, I never thought it would become such a huge part of my life. I was always the girl who never stuck to anything… I gave up easily & I saw exercise as punishment.
But when I started Pole I found joy in movement & reward in determination. I gained strength, confidence, resilience, community & expression 💃🏼. 
I got into fitness because I fell in love with pole. It’s never easy, but it’s always worth it. 
Im beyond grateful for all the opportunities that have come my way and the friendships I have made over the years through pole… 

So be brave, try the class… you never know what you’re capable of until you give it a go ☺️
