Being 36 & single is wild, I’m healed enough to see the red flags & know when to detach, know myself enough to know what I want & am not afraid to set boundaries & am quickly learning that the dating pool is brooaaadd in your 30’s… from 20’s- 50’s. Life does not stop at 30 or 40 or any age when you choose to add life to your years ✨

I’m embracing singlehood because it’s refreshing not to have to walk on egg shells around someone who gives silent treatment & leaves you on edge. Instead I get to have mid week socials with the girls, focus on my business, my training and even going on a few nice dates…. Life is good 👌🏻
