… best believe we performed an entire show to ourselves that evening in Corfu with vericocotrips 🙈😂💃🤦‍♀️

My fave thing about being single is the amount of quality time I’m spending with female friends… I’ve had gym dates, dog walks, girls trips & brunches. 
It’s honestly nourishing my soul like nothing else! 

One thing I always preach to my clients is that when we are doing things that nourish our souls, we feel more positive, and when we feel more positive it’s soo much easier to eat healthily and train consistently 🫶🏻

So this is your reminder to do more things that bring you comfort, joy & belly laughs! ☺️
