Embracing Vulnerability 🩵
I walked into my first-ever heels dance class on the weekend feeling totally exposed - no pole, no prop, nothing to hold onto. Just me, my body, and my nerves. I felt naked, but in the most powerful way. Each step out of my comfort zone was met with the support of incredible women who held space, lifted me up, and reminded me that vulnerability is a strength. Growth doesn’t happen in safety - it happens when you dare to show up, raw and real. And tonight, I did just that.
