Entering into my wild woman era… 💃

2 weeks in Corfu has come to an end 😫

The healing journey continues… the past 2 weeks have been all about community, female friendships, embodiment, being in the present moment & of course, doing what I do best, teaching!

Was I feral? … slightly 👀😂

But it was so nice to escape to somewhere sunny with an incredible community of polers & aerialists 🫶🏻, it couldn’t have come at a better time for me. 

I have partied hard & laughed harder than I have in a long time … mainly with/ at my partner in wine juju_poleandaerial 👯‍♀️🩵
