Heard this somewhere & its literally revolutionising my decision making 🩵

Sometimes when we are faced with the hard decisions it can be easy to be swayed towards what’s easier / more convenient… and not what’s actually best for us. 

By reframing our POV through a lens of self love, the best decision for us becomes blatantly obvious, helping us to choose in alignment with our highest self 😍🫶🏻

🧠: I don’t feel like training, maybe I’ll do it tomorrow…
🩵: what would you do if you truly loved yourself? … you’d train! 

🧠: I’m not sure if this relationship is right for me but it’s not awful…
🩵: what would you do if you truly loved yourself? … You’d either leave and move on or set a deadline for improvements to be made. 

🧠: I ate so much yesterday, maybe I’ll restrict my kcals today…
🩵: what would you do if you truly loved yourself? … you’d forgive yourself and draw a line under the bad nutrition and just go back to regular nutrition instead of punishing yourself. 

It works for everything!
