Desde pequeña aprendí a sentirme responsable de cómo reaccionaban los demás a lo que yo hacía o pensaba, me esforzaba en complacer en agradar y no incomodar.

Romper con esa cadena me ha costado años, pero hoy sé que la verdadera libertad está en vivir mi vida con respeto y coherencia sin cargar con lo que no me pertenece.

Lo que sienten o hacen los demás frente a mi manera de vivir les corresponde solo a ellos...
