Grateful for last week’s invitation to speak at the Kiwanis Club of Cleburne County in Heflin at heartshelp !

It’s always an honor to share the work I do in Sound Healing, and even more meaningful to offer a short demo to a room full of engaged, curious community leaders.

I was also grateful to present alongside another speaker from habitatswalabama  When we come together, each in our unique lane, but united in uplifting the well-being of our communities, powerful things happen.

Thank you again for the warm welcome (and gluten free breakfast sandwiches from rhythmcafeheflin ) and for the meaningful work you continue to do in Cleburne County and beyond.
