This time of year often stirs reflection, and sometimes, the ache of being misunderstood by those who once felt closest to us. But your vision doesn’t require permission. Your becoming doesn’t require consensus.

Some things end.
New things begin.
Let them.

Alignment isn’t just about what you add, it’s also about what you’re willing to let go of to make space for what’s next.

And speaking of alignment…
I’m coming to a close with my in-house sponsorship with dreamcymbals which means these stunning gongs will soon be heading back home.

It’s bittersweet. These instruments have been more than just tools, they’ve been companions in making sound healing more accessible to the community, students, and clients alike.
