This week, I had the incredible honor of facilitating a Sound Bath session for the patreon team at the beautiful thestarlinghotel in Midtown Atlanta. A gratitude-centered experience designed to support their 2026 visioning retreat.

At sunrise, with 360° views high above the city, we gathered in a glass-wrapped room floating in the clouds. As the warm light filtered through the windows and the resonant tones of the crystal singing bowls filled the space, something profound happened.

The room softened.
Minds quieted.
Hearts opened.

This is the power of sound.
Not just a moment of calm, but a science-backed, nervous system-regulating, culture-shifting experience that leaves lasting impact.
