There’s just something about past lives!

I’ve lived many life times but the first 28 years seem to be a blur. Things became more saturated and vivid when I found out that all my health challenges were gluten allergy. 

I felt like I was given a second chance at life! And it was like I had woken up and everything had color! Everything had this amazing texture! Everything had this beautiful sound. 

This video was 13 years ago. But I can take myself back there and feel everything about this moment and what it meant for me. 

It was part of awaking. 
I was breaking every unspoken rule I had made for myself.

Don’t be too loud!
Don’t be too big! 
No one wants to hear what you have to say! 
Don’t dress like that! 

Where did these rules even come from?

While I’m not on a stage performing, I am on many stages facilitating. Supporting others in becoming more curious about themselves. 

Supporting others in becoming still enough to hear their voice again and gain the courage to be loud! To be big! To share what’s on their heart! And be expressed in the way they feel connected!

My sound bath sessions are not a one off where you come to hear pretty sounds. I’m here to hold space for you to come face to face with who you have been, so that you can step into who are you are meant to be!
