This was a beautiful fundraising event put on by  momentofoundation about 2 years ago.

I love how the concept was a retreat style fundraising event supporting those of grieving families. The fundraising event included yoga, mindfulness walking, and of course, a soothing sound bath. 🥰

I often wonder the impact of my work on the individuals who come to my sessions. It’s usually months to years later that I get to hear about the ripple effect. It doesn’t just change the person who comes to the session. It affects every single person that the participant  comes into contact with.

Relieving the stress within you, helps to co regulate others around you. 

Coming in for pain relief? Gives you more energy to focus on the needs of your family, and driving forward in your passions. 

Coming to a sound bath session for focus and clarity of mind, helps you to make clear and grounded decisions for your life. 

And coming in to a session to navigate tough emotions like grief, remind you of your capacity to love and to be more compassionate to others.
