✨ How do we return to wholeness?

Our emotions are teachers. When we slow down and come back to stillness, we can finally listen. 

We begin to notice: 
Are we playing the victim? 
Are we repeating stories that no longer serve us? 
Are we truly seeing the world through our own lens, or through the beliefs we inherited?

Research in neuroscience shows that when we create space for stillness, the brain’s default mode network quiets, reducing rumination and self-criticism. This opens us to clarity, compassion, and connection.

Looking back at my time in Taos at the taosgoji  farm with jamie_butler_medium , I saw how opportunities often surround us, but the lens we look through determines if we recognize them. By choosing presence and curiosity, we return to wholeness. Not because life becomes perfect, but because we begin to live aligned with what’s true.

💫 Wholeness isn’t about avoiding the hard parts. It’s about meeting yourself fully, body, mind, and spirit, and remembering that at your core, you are love. And when we gather in community, the work deepens. We remind each other that we don’t have to carry it alone, and that our healing ripples outward.
