We’ve got two powerful experiences this week to ground, restore, and reset your energy:

📍 Wednesday, August 7 – Join me in Anniston, AL for our monthly Sound Journey Session at romarin_corbeaux . These sessions are known for deep emotional and energetic shifts. Let the sound guide you back to center.

📍 Saturday, August 10 – It’s time for our signature Mindfulness on Tap at apothecaryjax  in Jacksonville, AL. Good vibes all around, we will do a mindfulness practice before we get into the session to reset your nervous system.

⚠️ Heads up: There will be some schedule shifts in September as we transition from summer travels and holidays. Thanks for your patience and flexibility as we align our rhythm for the fall!
