I’ve been there.
Most of us have.
It’s part of being human in a world that asks so much of us.

🔬 Science tells us that when we feel lost or disconnected, the nervous system is often in a state of dysregulation. That means our brain’s problem-solving center (the prefrontal cortex) goes offline, and our stress response takes over.

But the good news?
You can bring yourself back, gently.
Through sound, breath, and moments of stillness.
