The in-between seasons, like this stretch of late summer, where it feels like time slows down and speeds up all at once.

There’s something sacred about those spaces. It’s often where the real insight comes through.

When I’m holding space for others, whether it’s in a sound bath, a coaching session, or even just a quiet conversation, I’m reminded again and again that it’s not just about the techniques. It’s about what’s allowed to emerge when we stop trying to fill the silence.

That’s the power of sound healing, too.

Not just the sound itself, but how it teaches us to listen differently.

And so, as you move through your week, I invite you to notice your in-between moments.
