Provide your kids with life skills!
I think one positive adjective of the pandemic and lockdowns (at least in Australia) we had the gift of stillness and time. I,  like many others, chose to use some of that to teach my four kids some of the life skills that would help them in the future. My now 10 year old (then 7) learned cooking (evening meals. Dough, salads, herb cultivation, cross stitch, long stitch, folding clothes… there’s alot that the pandemic took away but it also gave us a stop 🛑 moment in time to use as we all best see fit.

What’s some positives you can take away from the pandemic? I’d love to hear what other skills your kids picked up that they wouldn’t  have otherwise
