London Real Estate ~ What will likely impact the residential prices this year? As always this will come down to supply and demand and their drivers. 

1. Supply of good assets outside Prime Central London (PCL). Short at the moment after last year domestic demand frenzy. 
2. Inflation, currently at 5% in the UK, predicted to reach 7% this year. 
3. Interest rates, which will go up (already started). 
4. Return of international buyers (mainly for PCL). Expected from Q2 if no major travel restrictions change.
