That’s a wrap for 2022!!! 🙌🏽 Last contract exchange of the year on a beautiful 5-beds chalet located next to Megeve in the French Alps. And yep…we all loved that view 🤩. November and December months are always super busy with our clients wanting to complete or at least exchange contracts before Christmas. This year was no exception…and we took it to the wire by exchanging contract on this chalet on Thursday. Time now to sign off, relax, eat way too much, spend time with family and love ones, jet off under the sun ☀️ and enjoy the festive season!! 🍷🤍
