London Property Market. 
Lotssss of speculation at the moment as to what might or might not happen in the coming months across many international real estate markets 📈🧐💡. Year to date, London prime and superprime segments have been performing particularly well with their strongest Half-Year since 2006. H1 (first half of year) recorded 294 transactions of £5 million-plus properties in London, for a value of nearly £3bn. That included 89 recorded £10 million-plus transactions, 41% increase compare to H1 2021 and 94% compared to H1 2020. 

Larger homes with outdoor space segment is driving the market (way ahead of apartments), with domestic buyers at the forefront. Chelsea, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Kensington and St John’s Wood are making more than half of the total £5 million-plus transactions. Onward and upward.
