Biarritz acquisition completed! 🌊🏄🏼‍♂️

We conducted the viewing of the properties shortlist with our clients back in April. Took a little bit longer than usual to complete as the seller was in a chain, but we got it over the line! 

Clients bought a beautiful villa in the neighbourhood of Anglet (for those who know), in a prime spot 5 min from the beach. They’re currently living in Singapore with their daughter. The villa will be their holiday place for the coming years before becoming their main home. Mum and daughter were a bit emotional on Friday « Home Sweet Home » 💙. 

Every completion is a reminder as to why I founded this company in 2014. If it was easy, our clients wouldn’t need us 🛡. And it is soooo rewarding to be part of this journey, for what is one of the most important emotional and financial decisions our clients will make 🙌🏽🌟
