Ma belle Saint-Tropez! 💙 One of my favourite spots on the French Riviera alongside Villefranche, Antibes and Juan-Les-Pins. It is also an area in high demand amongst our clients and where we managed a few acquisitions in recent years. 

This market is challenging for any buyers. With estate agents charging anything between 5% to 6%, many owners decide to take matters into their own hands, pass by the estate agents and sell directly. This created a large off market segment with demand outstripping supply. Expect to pay around €18,500 per sqm (onward) for a high end villa inland without a sea view and €29,000 per sqm (onward) for a sea view. 

As always, make sure you are properly advised when getting into this market, with an independent and experienced buying agent by your side. This will give you a head start with navigating this peculiar market, getting access to prime assets and the off-segment, and not paying over the odds with over zealous sellers.
