Day 1 - Busy first day with our client, viewing 6 villas out of the 13 we’ve shortlisted together. I absolutely love that stage of the process! 🙌🏽

Sometimes we spend weeks/months preparing an acquisition with our clients. Securing the finances when needed, looking at ownership structures from a tax and estate planning perspectives, choosing our lawyer, developing a strong brief, conducting the complete market search…but it all comes together for our buyers when viewing the properties shortlisted. 

Our role at that stage is to fully appraise the asset and identify potential issues with the building, nearby development that might obstruct a nice sea view one day, gathering information about the seller, preparing our negotiation strategy, giving our clients all the tools and information needed to make the best decision. It is also at that point when the magic happens between the clients and some properties.

I love it, but there is still a long way to go and a lot of work to do before securing that chosen property at the best price. #trusttheprocess 🧑🏽‍💻⭐️
