After a year of international standstill…ish, i am now back travelling with our clients, advising them on their property acquisition across Europe 🙌🏽😁. Many buyers have been on stand by the past few months and now eager to proceed. Off to Marbella tomorrow morning (6am flight) to spend the next few days with a client from Middle East. We’ve shortlisted together 13 villas to view and I cannot wait to jump on that 🛫. 

Before packing my 50 SPF, here is how the Golden Mile (Marbella to Puerto Banus) prime market performed the past year. Buoyant is key word, with year on year number of transactions up 22% in June 21.  The segment in demand is the €2m to €8m, driven by foreign buyers (90% of all transactions) and the “millennials”. Despite this demand, prices have been relatively stable as the market was sitting on quite some stock pre covid. However, this is likely to change in the coming months with building cost up by 9% and a demand that is likely to rise further.
