Sunset - Biarritz - Basque region.
Closing the year in this beautiful part of France, where I spent the past few days with clients from Singapore. They are looking for a holidays home that is likely to become their main residence in the next 5-10 years. Offer submitted this morning and starting the negotiation process. 

On my way now to Bordeaux to spend Christmas with my family! 🎄✨ Second half of 2021 has been non-stop (with  travel restrictions easing), advising clients and managing their real estate acquisitions in London, Paris, Chamonix, Monaco, Mallorca, Marbella, Geneva and Lisbon. 

Looking forward to a nice break, recharge the batteries and spend quality time with my love ones. Wherever you are in the world I wish you a fantastic year end and Merry Christmas! 🤍💫🥂
