Offer Accepted! After spending 4 days last week with our clients viewing 13 shortlisted chalets and price negotiations the past few days, we had an offer accepted on a beautiful chalet 😊🪵🏂. We are now managing the conveyancing process with our Notary, checking every single aspect and ensuring there is no hidden issue with the asset and can proceed. 

Next Mallorca 🌴. We are currently working on the market search for a 4-beds front line apartment. Flying with clients next Monday and looking forward to it! 😁
