Cornwall was Britain’s most searched-for property location in 2020, knocking London from its usual position at the top of the table as the lockdowns amped-up demand for country and coastal living. No real surprise, as this South West part of the UK is simply stunning!!! ✨✨
 
Activity in the Cornwall market is at record high, with some villages seeing a 200% increase in demand in the past few months compared to a year ago. With demand outpacing greatly supply, competition for the prime spots is fierce and properties are selling fast. 
 
As if Cornwall wasn’t under the spotlight already, Carbis Bay has been chosen to host the G7 Summit in June. With the world’s leaders gathering in the vicinity, and much media interest generated, it’s likely to add some “je ne sais quoi” on top of the existing buzz and excitement about the region.
