## Caption

As an anesthesiologist assistant, some patients have airborne infections/diseases and we need to protect ourselves while taking care of them. 😷 N-95 respirator is a mask we can wear to do that but requires fit testing annually.  An N95 respirator is designed to protect the wearer from inhaling small and large infectious particles in the air. 🦠 All employees who care for the following patients or enter these types of rooms are required to be fitted: 
- patients on airborne precautions
- COVID-positive patients or persons under investigation (PUIs)
- patients requiring droplet and airborne precautions during Aerosol Generating Procedures (AGPs), such as those with Tuberculosis, COVID, and flu
