REAL TALK :  I was taught since a little girl to always carry a smile on my face no matter how hard things might have weighed on me behind the curtains, because to let anyone see me break might show weakness. I’ve always kept social media light.

As a woman, mother, and CEO to a startup, it comes with  so many challenges. The parts you don’t see are the long nights working, the malfunctions within a growing company, the long days between balancing what it is to be a good CEO, which is a thing of constant growth, and being a good and present mother to my children. The days where I break down and cry because nothing is going right, the days I don’t want to get out of bed and the hour long showers trying to melt it all away.

I want you to know that I do break, and I am very human. I emphasize with every hard working woman blazing their path with conviction, with morals and with belief within themselves. The 20 year olds figuring it out. The 30 year olds demanding respect in the work place, the mothers, the wives, the divorce’s and all the women in between. 

I feel you. I respect you. I adore you.
