Stripping away the illusions of the ego isn’t pretty.

 It’s raw. It’s tender. And at times... it feels like death.

A few years ago, when I was healing my spine and unraveling decades of pain, I realized something terrifying:

My ego had been running the show.
And I didn’t even know it.

I was living in reaction to trauma, people-pleasing, overthinking and perfectionism.

My thoughts weren’t mine—they were programs.

The moment I saw that… everything changed.

I committed to the real work:
 ✨ Daily self-devotion
 ✨ Inner child / shadow work 
 ✨ Meditation & energy work
 ✨ And raising my consciousness until I could observe my mind instead of being ruled by it.

But no one talks about the void — That strange, in-between space where you’re no longer your old self… but your new self hasn’t fully arrived.

It feels like being naked in the dark. Lost, yet somehow found.
But this is exactly where creation begins.

This is where the soul awakens, where illusions fall, where power is reclaimed.
