As many of you know, I am a passionate advocate for my coaches and fellow entrepreneurs. I deeply understand the vital role that physical activity plays in maintaining not only mental health but also skin and overall well-being. With certifications from NASM in fitness, nutrition, and others for holistic health, I bring a unique perspective to my field. 

What often gets overlooked in our industry is the profound impact of lifestyle choices on aging and body composition. Factors such as premature aging, weight fluctuations, and skin elasticity can all be influenced by one’s habits. It’s essential to recognize this connection as we strive for a healthier, more vibrant life. Let me not get off why I am posting this video…. It’s all about my coach markowensboxing 

I am a fan of Muay Thai, Brazilian jujutsu and American boxing. I have been a part of a few gyms here in houston training with different coaches. But this coach……

I have such admiration for markowensboxing , who has played a pivotal role in my journey toward a healthier lifestyle. This man never let me quit; he pushed me even when it was uncomfortable. A God-fearing individual, he always gives glory to God and serves as a pillar in our community. 

The gym he created represents so many walks of life, and seeing everyone come together to support him was no surprise to me. I’ve been with him through his evolution—from making snacks to ensure he ate something at the Main Street Boxing Gym, to ordering one of his shirts during COVID when we couldn’t gather. He even drove out to my house to personally deliver it! Mark has helped me through some dark times in my life, sharing not only his coaching expertise but also his faith and encouragement. 

These memories are truly special to me. 

This recent event showcased just a portion of his hard work, dedication, and self-sacrifice. However, the real testament lies in the many lives he has transformed. Thank you, Mark! 

I can’t wait to see you in my studio soon for some much-deserved self-care!
