A highlight of the event was our amazing speaker, Erin Marie Courtway, NP, known as therainbowinjector. With a rich journey in aesthetics that began as a nurse in 2013 and evolved into a respected nurse practitioner, Erin has dedicated over 7 years to mastering the art of injection. 

She built PRISM Aesthetics from the ground up as a single mom, driven by grit and determination to empower every individual who walks through her doors. Erin has trained with esteemed injectors like Dr. Arthur Swift and completed seven cadaver labs, showcasing her commitment to understanding anatomy and safety at the highest level.

Today, she shines as a national trainer for Prollenium and a Top 100 Injector in the U.S., reinforcing the importance of continuous education in our field. 🌟 

Erin’s philosophy aligns perfectly with my own—prioritizing patients so they feel heard, seen, and valued. Her insights have further fueled my commitment to providing the highest standards of education and care for my clients. Since the beginning of my career in the field of aesthetics and beauty over 18yrs. I added injectibles: fillers and neuro modulators, after doing over a year of research to insure I would be comfortable with the best products for my clients that will heed natural and beautiful results. Enhanced and never overdone. I’m greatful for every educational event and opportunity to learn
