There a times in life where one is able to learn more about oneself in a way that it transforms forever. Sometimes it happens in your own private world, and other times you get the chance to do it with a group of like minded, open hearted people. 🧡

I’ve done it alone for decades- but now I’ve been fortunate to have experienced deeper, more immediate learning with the latter. 🦋

I’m grateful to #Ariya at eacseminars for the inspiring journey- and adrianaarce_ in particular for bringing this incredible intensive to my world. 🙏🏼

What’s more amazing is that through this experience, we created a win-win team and now community that I’m certainly proud to continue to show up for. 💫

I’m in awe still of what we accomplished together. More to come! 🦋
