3 Park Avenue, progettato da Shreve, Lamb & Harmon nel 1976, lo studio dell’Empire State Building.
Questo schizzo l’ho realizzato durante il mio viaggio a New York nel 2022, lavorando sulla torre come un volume in rotazione, più memoria che rappresentazione.
Strati di segno e collage costruiscono una Manhattan mentale, attraversata dal rumore urbano che resta sul foglio.
È un esercizio di orientamento.

3 Park Avenue, edificio de 1976 diseñado por Shreve, Lamb & Harmon, el mismo estudio del Empire State Building.
Este boceto lo hice en mi viaje a Nueva York en 2022, viendo la torre como un volumen en rotación, más memoria que representación.
Las capas de líneas y collage construyen una Manhattan mental, atravesada por el ruido urbano que queda en la hoja.
Es un ejercicio de orientación.

I made this sketch during my 2022 trip to New York, treating the tower as a rotating volume — more memory than depiction.
Layers of line and collage build a mental Manhattan, shaped by the city’s noise settling on the page.
