Because “I hate men” isn’t about your son. But it is about the world he’s growing into.
There’s a difference between raising boys who are aware and accountable vs. boys who feel ashamed just for existing.
I’m working hard to do the first.

That means talking to my boys about respect. About power. privilege & about standing up for people — even when it’s uncomfortable.
I want them to be the kind of men who make women feel safe. Not defensive.
