For the longest time, I thought healing was a solo journey. I kept thinking I had to do everything on my own. But over time, I learned that true growth comes from the community you build and the spaces that encourage you to keep going. I’ve been through phases where I felt stuck, unsure, and disconnected. And it wasn’t until I found people who truly saw me – who inspired me to step out of my comfort zone – that I started feeling that spark again. ✨

I know it’s not always easy. There are days when you feel like giving up, when the world feels heavy, and when movement feels like the last thing you want to do. But when you take those steps, even the smallest ones, and find the right people to do it with – that’s where the change begins.
