Ever have one of those moments where you pause, breathe, and realize you’re still in this? 🫶🏽

Building a business while trying to stay grounded, taking care of myself, staying consistent… it hasn’t always happened. There were days I fell off my routines completely. There were moments I kept pushing through partnerships and situations that weren’t aligned, hoping they’d somehow work out. And when everything felt overwhelming, I questioned whether I had anything left in me at all. But I’ve learned that slipping isn’t the same as failing — it’s just a sign to pause, breathe, realign, and keep going.

In the end, dissolving a partnership wasn’t the loss I thought it would be. If anything, the real loss was the months I spent trying to build something with the wrong person. But that experience pushed me into building something truer. Something I could finally stand behind with clarity and intention. And even now, as I figure out how to balance growth, ambition, and self-care, I know there’s no “perfect pace” to any of this.

Progress isn’t always loud or perfect. Sometimes it’s quiet, it’s internal, it’s choosing to stand back up even when no one sees you trying.
