#TerrierTuesdays: Meet Amanda Brecher (comatbu ’26). Coming from Lower Gwynedd, Pennsylvania, Amanda is deeply involved in the BU community and beyond. She is currently a senior majoring in Journalism with a minor in Advertising. At BU, Amanda serves as President of Her Campus and has been a member of the organization’s executive board for the past four years. She is also an Account Director at BU’s AdLab, where she mentors Account Executives across accounts including USTA, BJ’s, Affordable Arts Fair Boston, Local News Networks, and WeB0nd. Outside of BU, Amanda works as an Account Management Intern at Born and Raised, an advertising agency based in Philadelphia. In her free time, Amanda enjoys going to yoga, exploring Boston’s food scene, and spending time with friends. When asked what advice she has for fellow Terriers, she said: “Take advantage of your time at BU by getting as involved on campus as possible.
