HOMEMADE BASICS

The ingredients
- 1 Zucchini
- Olive oil
- 1 shallot
- About 200g of spinach
- A handful of spring Onion, chervil and basil
- Half a cup of water
- 1 cup of Cream
- 1 tablespoon of mayple syrup
- A pinch of coarse salt

Gently follow our recipe to make some tasty vegetable foam ;) And don’t make the same mistake as me : use the chopsticks ☝️🥢 !
