I am on a journey to be my best self. By doing these videos, I have already become a better dancer, I am more confident in my movement, and more aware of my physical presence. This has been an opportunity for me to grow and get my comfort zone and I am encouraging you to do something that moves you along your evolutionary path. I believe in abundance received through the practice of intentional experimentation. So find something that can stretch you towards your ideal life. It can start with an audiobook or podcast, or just writing 1 min a day. There are so many resources around us, and if you have a phone or laptop, pen and paper, you already have the tools.
