This project will never expire. Never get old, never fade or become just a thing of the past. These snapshots were before the apps that could improve your pictures to a more professional grade or hiring a photographer. They are classic photos of a very classic coastal with modern pops waterfront renovation during a very special time in life. Walls were taken down, an additional bathroom was added, flooring, layout restructuring, the entire above ground basement was renovated in two months and it was glorious, stressful, exciting, and a huge catalyst in the trajectory of our company. A renovation I thought twice about taking on as the deadline to finish seemed impossible and my personal life took a turn for the worse. I will always be grateful for this project, these not so flattering photos that don’t even come close to the actual quality of the space, and the success that gave my business life that was unplanned but more-so dreamt of and inspired me to stay the course. Looking back to see how far you’ve come can never hurt if you’re just peeking. 👀 If you’re not growing in some fashion, youre not going, and that rings true in all aspects of life✨✨✨ project| #nixonrenovation 2018
