Ostatnio sporo się dzieje, co zresztą widać na naszym balkonie. Dużo zdjęć, nowe współprace i wyzwania, ale przed wszystkim duuuużo słodkości. Ten konkretny tort zrobiłam specjalnie do zdjęcia, które niedługo będziecie mogli zobaczyć w sklepie duka_kitchen_life.
A sam tort nie tylko wygląda, ale jest też przepyszny i banalnie prosty do zrobienia. Bazą jest ciasto z musem jabłkowym, nasączone sokiem z marakui i przełożone super kremem na bazie śmietanki kokosowej. Jest prawie wegański, no gdyby nie jajka, które łatwo zastąpić bananami czy siemieniem lnianym. Ktoś chce przepis ? 🗒🎂

Recently there’s been so much going on that you can see it on our balcony. So many photoshoots, new projects and challenges, but first of all - LOTS OF BAKING. This cake I made for one picture that’s going to be soon in duka_kitchen_life stores. Not only does it look good, but it tastes amazing and it’s super easy to make. It’s an apple cake with passionfruit juice and coconut cream - almost vegan, but for the eggs that can be easily replaced with a banana or flax meal. Anyone wants a recipe ? 🗒🎂
