So this is a little new for me. I was in the process of writing a post and then realised that no one reads anything longer than a caption on Instagram so I thought I would talk to you all directly but I’ve gone and talked for over 10 minutes so I’m not sure what’s worse. Anyway in this video I share a little bit of my story on how I came to meditation, some of the different practices out there and some info about the technique I’ll be teaching.
