Would you believe I battle with fears of water and heights? I learned a valuable thing about fear. 
Hear me out..you stand on the edge, looking down and see every reason your fear is valid. When you do this, you’re in the fear, the feelings of fear-the hesitation and uneasy feeling. 
But… if you just run and jump right in, all of that fear, turns into excitement. There is no time for fear to take its grip. That excited feeling is rather exhilarating and contagious and you wanna bet that we had a blast jumping, diving and flipping into the water.
Maybe my best dive yet! Somehow it translates into real life- a new-found freedom, confidence and fearlessness.

So whatever you’re scared of- face it.
