ummm….BEST PLACE I CAN START IS I LOVE & adore this woman! She’s a 2x author, award winning inclusion strategist, and lord, a real wordsmith, lol. - bamcabral 

To me, she is the #Brenebrown of advocacy & allyship. She puts words to sooooo much happening in our daily lives and how we can show up better for others and ourselves.

As a friend and mentor, She’s changed the way I own and use my privilege, she’s taught me how to advocate for myself in ways that I can’t believe i’ve spent 30+ years not knowing,
She’s helped me prioritize myself and my business, set boundaries, and own my worth in ways that I ONLY attract what’s for me.

& i’m sharing her with you on RIRL 🎙️ because her frameworks are art forms and once you catch them you’ll wonder how you operated in life without them. 

We also touch on really hard conversations here - the importance of apologizing when we mess things up in hard conversations in the workplace and in life because, we will.
