## Caption

I’ve been thinking a lot about the familiar since I posted about it.
I wanted to crack it open a little more.
I wanted to take you beyond the external circumstances,
the job and the people
and guide you in a little deeper.

It’s recognizing that all the external elements of your life are reflections of what’s going on internally.
To change our external reality we must change our internal reality first.

Go deeper.
