This chica is amazing! Super proud to help my client Jeannine get lean for the summer. Left to right these pics are 8 weeks apart.

Her goals :
Unassisted pull-up (done)
Lose body fat (down 3% in 2 weeks)
Increase endurance for hiking 🥾 (Hiking Machu Pichu next year)
Core and Pilates work (She got her 6 pack back 💁🏽‍♀️)
