This dominance stems from decades of unique, complex technology (creating and focusing EUV light), massive R&D investment (billions yearly), a vast, integrated supply chain with specialized partners, and high barriers to entry that competitors like Canon and Nikon can't overcome in the EUV space, creating a near-impossible-to-replicate technological moat.
